Qualification
There is a minimum standards for rented housing. The landlord must make sure that your rented home meets certain minimum standards. This is a legal requirement.

Local government certification needed after the qualification. This is the licence for the official renting properties for short term.

Monthly office work for accounting stuff. We do the invoicing and tourist tax declaration to the government.

Our subcontractors will take care of basic property maintenance and repair tasks.
